Creditor's Rights - involves actions to collect debts in both state courts and bankruptcy courts. 

Estate and Probate

Estate and Probate - drafting and probating wills and matters incidental to them. Typical Estate Planning may include a Living Will, medical power of attorney and durable power of attorney for business matters.

Mediation

Mediation - Mr. Newman has significant experience with mediation.  He is a certified mediator by virtue of his training with the Dispute Resolution Service of Tarrant County, as well as through training and work with the United States Postal Service REDRESS Program.
